Steps to Reproduce

1. Crouch walked into a trap with scout (Was before the fix)
2. Was shot by deathslinger.
3. Survivor throws pallet, as I get hit, stunning him too.
4. Recovery bar vanishes and stuck in glitched down state.

Explanation

'Immortal' downed state, incapable of being picked up or healed normally or moving except the camera. Must be healed with the Medic class ability and can only move after rebuilding the pallet.
