Steps to Reproduce

1. play on the map LM_MarketPlace in 2v8
2. one killer need to be pyramid head
3. survivor need to step on trail of torment
4. get downed by pyramid head
5. pyramid head cages downed survivor

Explanation

i was playing 2v8 survivor and stepped on trail of torment, and when pyramid head caged me i spawned outside of the map and my teamates could not save me, which resaulted me dying on first hook.
