While I was playing on PS5, my friends were all on steam, and none of us saw the Debuff Icon for Thanatophobia.

Explanation
Thanatophobia is not displaying properly anymore to Survivors. When a Survivor is injured, the perk triggers and displays at the bottom of the perks as a debuff to survivors. Played a match against Plague and we were seeing slowed down gen progress while repairing but nothing was showing us why. I assumed it was Thanatophobia and that it was bugged. At the end of the match, it was revealed it was infact Thanatophobia.
