I found out about this recently and was thinking that by the description of the perk it should activate the aura read only when the item is depleted of charges. Still most of these items are single use items and in short have no real charges. This also makes Streetwise quite strong against any killer that has Limited Items in their base power. The logs are my and my friends who helped testing it.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Equip Streetwise and Flashbang perks
  2. Fix a gen to get a Flash Grenade
  3. Use the Flash Grenade
  4. Observe that Streetwise activates and you see killers aura

Explanation

Streetwise activating one time use Limited Items. These items don't really have charges and so I don't think the perk should activate when they are used. Flash Grenade is one of the easiest to test this with but it works with Nemesis' Vaccine, Mastermind's First Aid Spray and Singularities' EMP. The Eye and Hand of Vecna might also activate it when you put either one of them on you but could not get lucky to test it. Also interestingly Cenobite's Lament Configuration and Krasue's Glowing Fungus does not activate it when used so there is inconsistencies what activates it and what does not.
