1. Open the game with the language set to Brazilian Portuguese
2. Read the perks, addons and powers

Explanation

It is a localization issue, a lot of perks, addons and killer powers got wrongly translated to Brazilian Portuguese after the perk text overall made a few patches ago. Basically all descriptions involving basic actions or things (as vaulting, breaking and skill checks) are wrong in Brazilian Portuguese, some more than others. For example, Brutal Strength says that your "basic ATTACK breaks things faster".
Also, Haywire, Dominance and one of Pyramid Head's addon have the wrong description too.
