Steps to Reproduce

1. Load up a game
2. Play for 5 minutes
3. You will start not being able to do anything
4. Everyone else will see you running in place
5. You will be kicked out
6. You will get a penalty

Explanation

I keep losing connection to the server, getting the message connection to server lost, but then I get a DC penalty!!
