Expected Result:	Tooltip should state that the survivor with Mangled healing actions are slower on them

Additional Notes & Comments:	Brought up on the forums by another user. Decided to report it here so it gets fixed somepoint as its currently clearly too vague description of what the status effect really does in the match.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Check the Mangled tooltip from any perk or add-on causes it
2. Observe it being quite vague and easy to missunderstand

Explanation

Mangled tooltip is missleading. It states "Mangled survivors heal slower" this of course makes it sound like the survivor with Mangled is healing others slower. It should state more clearly that it means that the survivors with Mangled heal actions are slower on them.
