Actual Result:	The survivor is hooked and once unhooked, is able to keep playing.
Expected Result:	The survivor gets stuck in a space where they can't get out, and must be bled out.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Hook someone on a specific hook in Hawkins.
2. Unhook the survivor.
3. The survivor gets stuck in a corner.

Explanation

Hawkins hook clipped a survivor into an unreachable space. This was against a Myers that simply hooked a Meg, which i later went to unhook only to find her model clipped behind the hook. I could still unhook her, which i did, but she got unhooked in this space and was unable to get out. We tried everything, saboing the hook, trying to give her an item, healing her (which we were unable to). The killer tried to pick her up but nothing came of it either. In the end, Myers had to slug her and leave her to bleed out so she didn't have to disconnect.
