Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Family Residence
2. in front of Shack (spot HD112), there is a rock with bamboo next to it
3. Get on the rock, go towards the bamboo
4. You'll start floating or have an infinite falling animation
5. Unless you can teleport, you're stuck.
