Steps to Reproduce

1. Equip the perk "Lightweight"
2. I was able to see this using the "Fixated" perk.

Explanation

The perk "Lightweight" is not working as intended according to its in-game description. The spacing and 60% chance to not spawn scratch marks part of the perk appear to not be functioning at all.
