The bug will not happen when you look at your already own perks. It happened once, because I am not always paying attention to perks I know, then, when I was actually looking for it, it happened twice more. I don't know about No Holds Barred, but it's worth checking too

Steps to Reproduce
- Access any killer
- Enter the Bloodweb
- Buy things untill you find the perks
- Check the description
Explanation
The "Scourg Hook: Weeping Wounds" and "Hex: Fortune's fool" have, in the description, "The Cenobite" instead of "Perk". This only happens in the Bloodweb, not in any other instances
