Additional Notes & Comments:	The bug will not happen when you look at your already own perks. It happened once, because I am not always paying attention to perks I know, then, when I was actually looking for it, it happened twice more. I don't know about No Holds Barred, but it's worth checking too

Steps to Reproduce

1. Access any killer
2. Enter the Bloodweb
3. Buy things untill you find the perks
4. Check the description

Explanation

The "Scourg Hook: Weeping Wounds" and "Hex: Fortune's fool" have, in the description, "The Cenobite" instead of "Perk". This only happens in the Bloodweb, not in any other instances
