Steps to Reproduce

1. Play as The Legion
2. Equip any two add-ons
3. Take note that add-ons fade in/out but the power icon doesnt

Explanation

Feral Frenzy power icon does not lose opacity when recharging, or when The Legion is otherwise immobilized.

Add-ons correctly fade in and out when available, however the power itself does not react.
