Expected Result:	When a Skill Check appears, the chance of immediately getting another is the same as in the Live game

Explanation

Two or More Skill Checks Appear In Unusually Rapid Succession

In the PTB while repairing or healing, there are numerous moments where a Skill Check is immediately followed by another. While possible in the Live game, this happens unusually frequently in the PTB. In one case I got 4 skill checks in a row. No perks or items were being used that increase the skill check chance.

I experienced this while healing someone as well but do not have a clip.
