Steps to Reproduce

1. Get Hooked while wearing the skin
2. Get Unhooked
3. Glitch appears
4. This has happened in each game played with the entire skin equipped
5. It seems to be an issue with the skirt specifically
6. Sometimes it won’t be bugged on my screen but my teammates have said it was bugged for them even when I couldn’t see it

Explanation

The new Kate skins from the premium rift have a bug in game where after being unhooked the dress is bugged and glitching around the screen. The glitching creates a very quick flashing effect which is a trigger for specific types of Epilepsy or other seizure disorders.
