Additional Notes & Comments:	Noticed this while testing selection menu killer rotation and this was the only one that does not even rotate in the store when every other killer does rotate in the store.

Steps to Reproduce

Launch the game
Go to ingame store
Select The First
Try to rotate him
Observe that you can't rotate him

Explanation

The First can't be rotated in the ingame store at all. All other killers can be rotated but some reason The First is the only one that its not possible at all. You can't even rotate him in the killer selection. Even trying to rotate the other skin he has is not possible. I know there was a report of this that was closed and said it was working as intended but when everyother killer can be rotated why would he be an exception.
