Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to play
2. Select killer menu
3. Choose The First
4. Toggle rotate
5. Attempt to rotate, does not work
6. Also does not work when loading into a game.

Explanation

I am unable to rotate The First on Xbox X|S. I was previously able to rotate Henry when he first came out. I have tried rotating him with all the skins, however it does not work. I am able to rotate all other characters, excluding him. I can rotate all survivors from this chapters as well.
