- Be hooked on RPD hooked included in screenshot
- Try to use Shoulder the burden and the button to be able to use wont show
Explanation
RPD hook denied shoulder the Burden being used, perk is unable to be used on the hooked survivor

This has been reported on the old bug reports forum before. The reason why you can't use Shoulder the Burden is because it needs to done right in front of the hook and that hook the chair is blocking that possibility.
They really need to go through all the hooks in all the maps and realign them again. There is so many specifically in indoor maps that are really badly aligned currently.
