Steps to Reproduce

  1. Not sure if this could happen again, but it was during a private/custom match and I had a few perks equipped:
  2. Windows of opportunity
  3. No mither
  4. Invocation weaving spiders
  5. Lightweight

Explanation

I encountered a bug where using Invocation Weaving Spiders did not apply permanent charges to all generators like the perk description promises, but instead applied permanent charges to only some generators.
