Explanation
Achievement Sacrosanct won't unlock in Steam.
I've exiled a survivor at 1st & 2nd hook AFTER they taunted me (they gained the Heresy themselves) and it won't unlock. I've also hooked them after exiled, them dying on exile.. etc etc etc. Nothing seems to unlock it
