Steps to Reproduce

1. Perks: potential energy, fogwise, stake out, hyperfocus
2. Item: engineers toolbox
3. Add-ons: brand new part, wire spool
4. Offering: petrified oak, salty lips
5. Map and gen: bottom main gen on rpd
6. use toolbox till it empties then continue hitting gen
7. was on side of gen not back of gen

Explanation

I ran into an IMPOSSIBLE SKILL CHECK on RPD CUSTOMS while using my TOOLBOX after it was EMPTY
