Additional Notes & Comments:	I haven't tested this with another female survivor. Cheryl holds her tummy like shes injured when i turn her in the video.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start a match as Cheryl Mason
2. Face one way
3. Turn the camera 180 degrees so the survivor head rotates left and right
4. Observe the body playing the incorrect animation
