Steps to Reproduce

1. down survivor with power struggle under the pallet
2. survivor should crawl to the edge of the pallet so killer can avoid stun by pressing(spamming) m1
3. Killer uses m1 to avoid getting stunned
4. Killer walks up to dropped pallet
5. Killer gets stunned by that dropped pallet

Explanation

Pallets dropped (that are already dropped) by power struggle are stunning the killer if he walks up to them. Later killer can phase through those dropped pallets.
