Additional Notes & Comments:	I am personally really disappointed and sad about the whole situation.

Steps to Reproduce

1. opening game
2. entering a trial
3. playing along
4. crash happens mid trial randomly

Explanation

Game crashes every 3/5 matches after the release of 10.1.0 Chorus of Sin chapter. The crashes occur during matches regardless of playing killer or survivor, and results with DC penalties. The crashes are unexpected and random during trials. I did a research and found out that many players are experiencing the same issue. This results in loss of addons, offerings, grades, entertainment and most importantly time.
For me, the issue began today and I faced many penalties and grade loss. I won't play again for the time being to avoid any further penalties until the issue is acknowledged and fixed.
