Equip Prayer Kneeler and Heretic's Mark add-ons
Charge Divine Light power

Explanation

While both the Prayer Kneeler and Heretic's Mark add-ons are equipped, the power appears to get stuck instantly and becomes very stuttery.
(This does not happen when using Prayer Kneeler alone.)
