Actual Result:	When a Guard is on cooldown, it displays brightly and vividly in the Power UI, as if it was patrolling or hunting.
Expected Result:	When a Guard is on cooldown, the power UI icon should be darkened/desaturated to indicate that the Guard is unavailable.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Play as The Knight
2. Send a Guard out
3. Wait for the Guard to go on cooldown
4. Observe the UI icon not dim to indicate that the Guard is on Cooldown

Explanation

The Knight's Guards UI icons no longer display as darkened/desaturated while the selected Guard is on Cooldown, making it appear as if every Guard is always available all the time. In fact, it makes it appear as if the Guard is actively out and hunting. This is disorienting because it forces players to either remember which Guards are actively out or it makes players have to stop and look at which Guards are currently patrolling/hunting. https://youtu.be/RGA2Dr-CSI4
