1. get into a lobby as killer
2. select "ready"
3. incorrect sound effect plays

Explanation

The sound effect that normally plays when readying up in a lobby as killer, the incorrect sound effect plays. Normally there is a unique sound effect which plays specifically for when the killer readys as opposed to the survivors, but the survivor sound is currently playing instead.
