Actual Result:	There are "ghost" skill checks that appear on both generators and healing, resulting in skill checks that cannot be hit.
Expected Result:	Huntress Lullaby should increase the difficulty of skill checks, but never force a failure with no user error.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run the perk "Huntress Lullaby"
2. Achieve all 5 tokens by hooking survivors 5 times
3. Repair a generator or do a healing action
4. "Ghost" skill checks will appear for a half second, then disappear and cause an automatic failure

Explanation

When a killer uses the perk "Huntress Lullaby" and achieves all 5 tokens, the skill checks for survivors may not fully appear. As in, the skill check will flash on screen for less than a second, and then it will disappear, and forcefully fail the skill check for the survivor.
