Steps to Reproduce

1. Play a match against The First/Henry (easy to do in a custom game)
2. Be as far away from him as you can
3. Have the Killer initiate Worldbreaker mode on a bot
4. Note how no voiceline can be heard
5. Now let the Killer initiate Worldbreaker mode on you
6. Note how this time you hear a voiceline

Explanation

Henry does not have global voicelines playing anymore when Worldbreaker mode starts. Before the current patch, anytime Worldbreaker mode started, players would hear a global voiceline playing. Henry would say things like "You have little time left", "Prepare yourself", and "I will reshape the world".

These lines being global made him incredibly menacing. The same is true for when Survivors use the clocks to speed up the timer. You would hear a global voiceline like "You are stronger than I expected!". This was global too.

Now, however, this aspect seems to be gone. You only hear the voicelines when you are actually up close to the Killer. See the attached videos.
