I noticed this while testing other bugs by accident. I don't see a reason why the vault happens if you leap a meter or two away from the window but not if you are standing right infront of it. The video showcases it how it works when few meters away but when right infront of the window the vault does not happen.

Steps to Reproduce
- Play Ghoul
- Go stand right next to a window
- Use a wall or survivor as Leap point
- Use either to as target for your Kagune Leap
- Observe that you don't vault the window
Explanation
Standing too close to a window and using Ghoul's Kagune Leap does not let you vault the window but works if you stand few meters away from the window.
