I'm not entirely sure if this is a bug or if it's just the off set timing of the perks being used upon activation but I think swapping FTTE every 30 seconds is bound to have bugs or glitches

Explanation
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
PLATFORM: STEAM
The perk combination I believe the cause of the issue is
- Friends To The End
- Nemesis
- Celestial Witness
I was playing a match earlier against The Ghoul with my duo and Celestial Witness changed the Obsession from me to another survivor in the match since 30 seconds has passed. The Ghoul then hooked the person who was the Obsession and the Obsession status got transferred to my duo due to Friends To The End but then after my duo was downed due to being exposed by FTTE, 2 seconds later I got the status I was FTTE without my duo being hooked or the 30 second cooldown for Celestial Witness to activate.
