Steps to Reproduce

  1. Get matchmaking banned
  2. Queue
  3. Sit in lobby until timer runs out
  4. It will stay stuck at 00

Explanation

After being matchmaking banned, you cannot queue again after the period of time unless you restart game. It just stays stuck at 00, unable to click play.
