After the error occurred during gameplay, I followed the instruction to hold the power button for more than 12 seconds to force a shutdown. After that, my Nintendo Switch would no longer turn on. When I connected the AC adapter directly to the console, the screen briefly flashed, but it eventually became completely black. The console currently does not respond to the power button or when connected to the dock.

| Expected Result: |
After following the instruction to hold the power button for more than 12 seconds, the Nintendo Switch should have safely shut down and then been able to turn on normally when the power button was pressed again.

Explanation
Platform: Nintendo Switch
Game version: 10.1.0
After updating Dead by Daylight to version 10.1.0, I was playing a match on Nintendo Switch when the game suddenly displayed an error message.
The message instructed me to press and hold the power button for more than 12 seconds to reset the console. I followed the instruction.
After the forced shutdown, the Nintendo Switch would no longer boot.
I tried charging the console directly with the AC adapter for more than one hour and also tried holding the power button for more than 12 seconds, but the console did not start.
When I first connected the AC adapter directly to the console, the screen briefly flashed repeatedly, but eventually it became completely black and has not turned on since. The console also does not respond when placed in the dock.
This issue occurred immediately after the 10.1.0 update and during Dead by Daylight gameplay.
I would like to know whether this could be related to a known issue with version 10.1.0.
