Additional Notes & Comments:	Just noticed this while playing so came to report it. The picture is taken after I got up while I was heading to unhook the other survivor. You can clearly see that I should have a toolbox in hand but there is no toolbox anywhere.

Steps to Reproduce

Play survivor
Choose Plot Twist
Choose any item to hold
Use Plot Twist to heal
Observe that the item is not visible after

Explanation

Item dissapears from hand after using Plot Twist to heal yourself. Had a toolbox in hand and noticed after healing myself up with Plot Twist that it dissapeared from my hand. It did reappear when I unhooked a survivor so most likely if I did any other interaction it would have appeared.
