Steps to Reproduce

1. Unhook a guy and start healing him, then crash.
2. Run to the generator and the same thing happens.
3. Run from the killer and the same thing happens.
4. No downloads or anything.
5. Reinstalled the game and verified the integrity of the files, and nothing works.

Explanation

I get crashes no matter what I do in the game, mostly when I'm running around the map and often when I'm running away from the Killer
