Steps to Reproduce

1. play as judgement
2. exile a survivor
3. POSSIBLE - survivor must abandon
4. hook last survivor on death hook in basement
5. wait for match to end but it does not end once exiled bar runs out

Explanation

As judgement got stuck in a game while last bot was in exile it should have died but the bar ran out and nothing happened. I hooked the last survivor in basement and that should have killed the exiled survivor but it seems it did not. I have attached a screen recording of the bug. I was able to abandon the match.
