Steps to Reproduce

1. Use SHTR (PWYF)
2. Send snug to grab a survivor
3. Token is instantly lost

Explanation

Houndmaster dog commands use a stack of See How They Run (Play With Your Food) when grabbing a survivor but not damaging them. A second token is then used when the survivor is****, causing 2 tokens to be lost whenever she uses her power.
