Steps to Reproduce

1. grabbed the keycard from the dead astronaut
2. went to the door
3. hacked the door
4. opened the chest fully
5. the chest didn’t open but I didn’t get the prompt to open it anymore
6. stood in front of the chest a few seconds
7. walked out of the secret room the chest was in
8. got kicked out of the game AND received a DC penalty

Explanation

Secret chest on the alien map wouldn’t open and after I tried opening it I got kicked out of the game
