Additional Notes & Comments:	This happened in a public match I later recreated the scenario in a custom match with only bots and resulted in the same bug

Steps to Reproduce

1. Using Killer Perk Alien Instinct
2. Down and hook a survivor
3. Perk does not activate nor does it show the aura of the farthest survivor
