Additional Notes & Comments:	This has been every time I have used the banquet toolbox with a brand new part and wire spool and it seems to happen after fully depleting the toolbox. This is just from 3 clips but I have more clips that this has happened from. This is just the 3 most recent instances.

Steps to Reproduce

Item: banquet toolbox
Add-on one: brand new part
Add-on two: wire spool
Start working on a generator using a controller using right trigger
Fully deplete toolbox
Wait for impossible skill check

Explanation

Impossible skill check when using a tool box on a generator on controller with my right trigger. Unsure if its specific to an anniversary toolbox. I am using a banquet toolbox with a brand new part and a wire spool. This skill check will pop up after toolbox depletion and is impossible to hit, causing the generator to blow every single time.
