Steps to Reproduce

1. Equip the Vecna Figurine charm
2. Click the magnifying glass icon to enlarge it
3. Note how most of the VFX is missing
4. Spin the charm around
5. Compare to the charm icon on the left side

Explanation

The Vecna Figurine charm is missing some of its VFX.

The eyes are not glowing red when they should, see also the charm icon. There is only some red lightning around his hand.
