Steps to Reproduce

1. See attached video for location
2. (not me) Player gets hooked
3. Player gets unhooked by another player
4. Player is stuck in the environment and unable to move
5. After being injured and downed via ranged attack, the player was still unable to get unstuck

Explanation

Player stuck in between hook and environment on Léry's Memorial Institute. I am not the player that is stuck so my log is probably not helpful. Attaching a video so you can see the location.
