Additional Notes & Comments:	Noticed this while testing something else on the killer. I don't really see why the items are not shown as the items will still give you the benefit while being in dying state or on the hook. You can see in the pictures that both survivors have magical items equipted but you can't see their magical aura at all when they are in dying state or on the hook.

Steps to Reproduce

Play Lich
Find a survivor with magical items equipted
Down the survivor in question
Observe that the magical item is not shown on them while in the dying state
Hook the survivor
Observe that the magical item is not shown on them on the hook either

Explanation

Magical items are not shown on survivors who are either in the dying state or on hook. This does not seem to effect Eye or Hand of Vecna but the more generic magical items. The survivors are still benefiting of those items so don't really see a reason why they can't be visible on them in either state.
