Здравствуйте. У меня нет косметики Tomie для Spirit в магазине Dead by Daylight.

Косметика Tomie полностью отсутствует в списке косметики — я проверил магазин The Spirit с отключенным фильтром “Доступно”, но товар по-прежнему нигде не отображается.

Я играю через Steam. Изначально регионом моей учетной записи Steam была Россия; позже я изменил регион на Казахстан. Другие игроки видят Tomie в магазине, поэтому я подозреваю, что проблема связана с регионом или моей учетной записью.

У меня уже есть:

• Я переустановил Dead by Daylight;
• Я проверил целостность файлов Steam;
• Я перезапустил игру.

Это не помогло.

Пожалуйста, проверьте, почему Tomie недоступен именно для моей учетной записи, и может ли это быть связано с регионом Steam или с региональной доступностью косметики.

Tomie is completely missing from the cosmetics list — I checked the The Spirit store with the “Available” filter disabled, but the item still doesn’t appear anywhere.

I play via Steam. Initially, the region of my Steam account was Russia; later, I changed the region to Kazakhstan. Other players see Tomie in the store, so I suspect there’s a problem with the region or my account.

I have already:

• I reinstalled Dead by Daylight;
• I checked the integrity of the Steam files;
• I restarted the game.

This didn’t help.

Please check why Tomie is unavailable specifically for my account, and whether this could be related to the Steam region or the regional availability of the cosmetic.
