Random Game Freezes During Match Despite Low Ping

Actual Result:	me beiung killed by the freez of the game for several seconds!!! ( something like 5-10 secs )
Expected Result:	that the game runs normally without interruptions or lags

Additional Notes & Comments:	its been going on for days now! no matter which server I play ..

Steps to Reproduce

1. me running towards gate - game freezes out of the sudden
2. nothing works can't look around can't click or do somehting just frozen for severe seconds ( 5-10 ) which are cruicial a lot of times
3. I ran into the killer not knowing I was running towards it! couldn't see only in the second were it was to late.
4. a friend of mine ( smily face ^_^ ) was standing at the gate watching it all he can confirm everything and made a clip
5. thanks to him you can see what I mean - and its not the first game where I had this problem and its making me frustrated and angry.

Explanation

lags/ game freeze in the middle of match , server in europe ( which I am living in - so no ping issue) randomly freezing the game for for several sec. but others can play fluently. thats why I was killed - and its not the first time thats happening like this !!!!! the bug itself seems like a servere ping issue when I know that can't be. If I need to provide more inormation I will. just ask.
