1. Open the game
2. Select role and queue

Explanation

I am returning to DBD after MONTHS of not playing this game -- I was last on after Krasue released, for reference. I just went to queue up for the first time and was immediately 15 minute locked out of matchmaking, which, to be honest, means I'm not coming back to the game. How can I be gone for that long to be immediately banned?
