1. Decimated Borgo map; Shattered Square variant
2. Looping the wall with the zigzag window
3. Can most likely be reproduced only with that specific map variant with that window spawn

Explanation

Nemesis whip hit me through a solid wall while I was upright, with no view of the killer or even the whip.
