Explanation

Hi, I've been having problems with the game since they removed the flashlight and made updates. Since then, the game keeps freezing and I can't play. If I start playing, it gets stuck and kicks me out of the game. When I play other games, I don't have any problems, only with this game..This is the second time im writing to you,please help
