Steps to Reproduce

1. I can't consistently reproduce this bug
2. both times I was injured
3. finesse wasn't active
4. I was using Windows of Opportunity

Explanation

I'm not sure if its windows of opportunity only but im able to instantly vault with no animation while using it. This doesn't happen often and ive only been able to do it twice on the same map.
