Steps to Reproduce

I don't know if the perks are causing it or something else but my perks are:
Windows of Opportunity, Lithe, Alert & Well make it
I'm not sure if this is on every window on every map
You could maybe try it on the maps that are also in the video
Maybe you will also come across this bug

Explanation

Hey (sorry for my english)
i was playing dead by daylight some weeks ago when this bug happend and it was when i vault through a window it makes me go teleport through at first i thought this was just some bug thats happening once but now it happend to me 2 times again in the last 2 days and it looks pretty weird and i have a feeling that his is in connection with the Perk : Windows of Opportunity
