Possessed chain damages survivor with Engineer's fang and dissolution does not break the pallet, and blocks uses of it with the basic attack.

Dissolution does work with pinhead's basic attack, dissolution is activated by the damage caused by engineer's fang, but will not break pallets.

Steps to Reproduce
- Load into a match as pinhead with the engineer's fang and the dissolution perk equipped.
- Hit a survivor with a possessed chain.
- Survivor that fast vaults over a dropped pallet does not break the pallet.
Explanation
Pinhead's Engineer fang doesn't work properly with dissolution, and does not break pallets when survivors fast vault, even after 3 seconds have passed.

I confirmed this by playing a custom game with a friend, and Dissolution really does say injuring by any means.

I now believe that it works sometimes in private matches but in public matches, I think it disables dissolution with basic attacks as well, I'm not certain because I'm not a developer.
