Actual Result:	Possessed chain damages survivor with Engineer's fang and dissolution does not break the pallet, and blocks uses of it with the basic attack.
Expected Result:	Possessed chain damages survivor with Engineer's fang making it so dissolution breaks pallet when survivor fast vaults.

Additional Notes & Comments:	Dissolution does work with pinhead's basic attack, dissolution is activated by the damage caused by engineer's fang, but will not break pallets.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Load into a match as pinhead with the engineer's fang and the dissolution perk equipped.
2. Hit a survivor with a possessed chain.
3. Survivor that fast vaults over a dropped pallet does not break the pallet.

Explanation

Pinhead's Engineer fang doesn't work properly with dissolution, and does not break pallets when survivors fast vault, even after 3 seconds have passed.
